Apples Cake

  • 4 oz of sugar

  • 0.5 oz of vanilla sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 0.25 oz of baking powder

  • 5 oz of flour

  • 4 oz of butter

  • 4 apples


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F.

  2. Peel the apples and cut them into thin strips (or more convenient and faster: grate them in a food processor!)

  3. Butter a mold and place the apples.

  4. Mix the eggs and the sugar then add the baking powder and the flour.

  5. Soften the butter (in the microwave, for a few seconds if necessary) and mix with the preparation.

  6. Pour the batter over the apples and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 F.
