4 oz of sugar

0.5 oz of vanilla sugar

3 eggs

0.25 oz of baking powder

5 oz of flour

4 oz of butter

4 apples
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 °F.

Peel the apples and cut them into thin strips (or more convenient and faster: grate them in a food processor!)

Butter a mold and place the apples.

Mix the eggs and the sugar then add the baking powder and the flour.
-
Soften the butter (in the microwave, for a few seconds if necessary) and mix with the preparation.

Pour the batter over the apples and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 F.
