Ingredients

1 lb of ground chicken

2 carrots

1 tbsp of sesame oil

soybean oil

salt

Pepper

coriander

Preparation

Grate the carrots and chop the chives and coriander.

Mix the ground chicken in a mincer with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, put the chicken, grated carrots, cilantro, chives, a tablespoon of soy and sesame oil. Mix everything. Salt and pepper as needed.

Take a wonton leaf, wet the edges with a little water, put 1 tbsp of stuffing in the center and fold according to the shape you want (see images below).

Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes over medium heat or steam for 6 minutes over high heat.
