Chicken wontons

  • 1 lb of ground chicken

  • 2 carrots

  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil

  • soybean oil

  • salt

  • Pepper

  • chive

  • coriander

  • wonton pasta


  1. Grate the carrots and chop the chives and coriander.

  2. Mix the ground chicken in a mincer with salt and pepper.

  3. In a bowl, put the chicken, grated carrots, cilantro, chives, a tablespoon of soy and sesame oil. Mix everything. Salt and pepper as needed.

  4. Take a wonton leaf, wet the edges with a little water, put 1 tbsp of stuffing in the center and fold according to the shape you want (see images below).

  5. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes over medium heat or steam for 6 minutes over high heat.
