Choco-pineapple Cake

  • 4 eggs 

  • 7 oz of chocolate or cocoa powder

  • 3.5 oz of sugar 

  • 5.5 oz of flour 

  • 0.5 oz of baking powder 

  • 4.5 oz of butter

  • 1 can of sliced pineapple


  1. Preheat the oven at 355 °F.

  2. Melt the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds and pour it into a bowl.

  3. Add the eggs and sugar and mix until the mixture turns white.

  4. Pour in the melted chocolate (or cocoa powder) and mix well.

  5. Then add the baking powder and the flour little by little, adding a tablespoon of pineapple syrup.

  6. Butter the bottom and the edges of the baking pan, place the pineapple slices in there and pour in the preparation.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes at 355 F.

  8. When leaving, let cool for 10 minutes before unmolding, then let cool before eating.
