Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • 33 oz of milk

  • 1.7 oz of sugar

  • 0.5 oz of vanilla sugar

  • 1.1 lb of flour

  • 2 tbsp of oil

  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, oil, salt and the vanilla sugar.

  2. Mix the mixture and add the milk as you go.

  3. Have your pan over low heat add a knob of butter.

  4. Cook your crepes, letting them brown for a minute on each side.
