6 eggs

33 oz of milk

1.7 oz of sugar

0.5 oz of vanilla sugar

1.1 lb of flour

2 tbsp of oil

1 pinch of salt
Preparation

In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, oil, salt and the vanilla sugar.

Mix the mixture and add the milk as you go.

Have your pan over low heat add a knob of butter.
-
Cook your crepes, letting them brown for a minute on each side.
