Choco-pineapple cake

  • 4 eggs 

  • 200 lb of chocolate pastry or cocoa powder

  • 100 lb of sugar 

  • 160 lb of flour 

  • 1 packet of baking powder 

  • 125 lb of butter

  • 1 can pineapple, sliced


  1. Put the oven to preheat at 180 °.

  2. Melt the butter in the microwave and pour it into the bowl.

  3. Add the eggs and sugar and whisk until the mixture turns white.

  4. Pour in the melted chocolate (or cocoa) and mix well.

  5. Then add the yeast and the flour little by little, adding a tablespoon of pineapple syrup.

  6. Butter the bottom and the edges of the pan well, place the pineapple slices there and pour in the preparation.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes.

  8. When leaving, let cool for 10 minutes before unmolding, then let cool before eating.
