Ingredients

0.5 lb of very thin semolina

0.55 lb of flour

1.8 oz of butter

3 oz of oil

1 oz of butter

Lukewarm water

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the fine semolina with the flour and salt then add the warm water little by little, let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

Form dough balls (size of a small peach), brush them with a mixture of melted butter/oil. Arrange the balls on a oiled baking sheet.

Spread each dumpling very finely with your fingertips, generously brushing it with the mixture of oil and melted butter, sprinkle a little fine semolina, then fold the sides towards the center to obtain a square.

Spread each flaky square lightly again and cook on an oiled pan for 3 minutes on each side.
