Pad Thaï

  • 1 package of rice noodles

  • 2 lb of peeled shrimp

  • Pad-thai sauce

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 spring onion

  • Oil

  • Salt, pepper


  1. Soak the noodles in hot water to soften them.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the shrimp with the chopped spring onion and the spices.

  3. In another frying pan, break the eggs and cook them in the dish, then mix them with the shrimp.

  4. Drain the noodles and add them to the pan with the shrimp. Cook for a few minutes and add a little more water if necessary.

  5. Serve with a lemon wedge and fresh spring onions.
