Pasta Bolognese

Ingredients

• 14 oz of spaghetti
• 0.5 lb of ground meat
• 1 can of tomato sauce
• 2 onions
• 2 cloves of garlic
• fresh parsley
• oil
• 1 bell pepper
• salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic.

  2. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.

  3. When the oil is hot, place the chopped onions and garlic in the pan and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring well, until the onions are translucent.

  4. Then add the ground beef, the peppers cut into squares, the chopped parsley and continue cooking for 3 to 4 min, continuing to mix, until it is no longer pink.

  5. Add the peeled tomato sauce (you can also add vegetables like carrots, peas ...). Add salt and pepper according to your tastes, mix, then lower the heat to low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly.

  6. Meanwhile, bring a large volume of salted water to boil in a saucepan over high heat.

  7. As soon as it boils, put the spaghetti in boiling water and cook them according to the package directions or until they are "al dente".

  8. When the spaghetti is cooked, drain them in a colander and keep them warm.

  9. When the Bolognese sauce is ready, adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, if necessary, then serve immediately topped with the spaghetti placed on the plates.

  10. You can est these spaghetti Bolognese immediately.
