Preparation

Roll out the pizza dough. Drizzle with tomato sauce.

Brown the onion with the cutlets and mushrooms in a pan. Cut the cooked scallops into strips or cubes. Sprinkle them with turmeric. Let them marinate with a little olive oil.

Cut the mozzarella into strips.

Arrange the chicken strips, mushrooms and cooked onion on the pizza. Add the mozzarella slices.

Bake at 210 ° C for 12 minutes or more depending on the thickness of your dough. The homemade dough is thicker than the one bought ready-made, so it needs to be baked longer.
