  1. Roll out the pizza dough. Drizzle with tomato sauce.

  2. Brown the onion with the cutlets and mushrooms in a pan. Cut the cooked scallops into strips or cubes. Sprinkle them with turmeric. Let them marinate with a little olive oil.

  3. Cut the mozzarella into strips.

  4. Arrange the chicken strips, mushrooms and cooked onion on the pizza. Add the mozzarella slices.

  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

  6. Bake at 210 ° C for 12 minutes or more depending on the thickness of your dough. The homemade dough is thicker than the one bought ready-made, so it needs to be baked longer.
