  1. Roll out the pizza dough. Drizzle with tomato sauce.

  2. Brown the onions with the cutlets and the mushrooms in a pan. Cut the cooked cutlets into strips or cubes. Sprinkle them with spices. Let them marinate with a little olive oil.

  3. Cut the mozzarella into strips.

  4. Arrange the chicken strips, mushrooms and cooked onion on the pizza dough. Add the mozzarella slices.

  5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

  6. Bake at 400 ° F for 12 minutes or more depending on the thickness of your dough. Homemade dough is thicker than the ones bought ready-made, so it needs to be baked a little longer.
