• 1 crust
• 3 eggs
• 7 fl.oz of fresh cream
• 3.5 oz of smoked salmon
• 5 oz of shredded cheese
• salt, pepper
Roll out the dough in a mold.
Crack the eggs in a bowl, add salt, pepper and (if you like) nutmeg.
Mix the eggs well then add the cream and the cheese.
Put the salmon strips on the dough, then pour the mixed eggs.
Spread shredded cheese over the salmon and eggs.
Preheat the oven at 380 F then put the baking pan for about 30 to 45 minutes depending on your oven.
