Ingredients

1lb of ground meat

0.2 lb carrots

a little bit of fresh coriander

1 tbsp of sesame oil

1 tbsp of vegetable oil

1 tbsp of salt
-
1 tbsp of pepper

3 slices of ginger
-
1 spring onion
-
1 tbsp of caster sugar

Preparation

Put the ground meat in a large bowl, add salt, oil and sugar. Mix everything and always in the same direction, to obtain a somewhat elastic texture.

Chop the ginger, the spring onion and coriander. Add them to the preparation.

Cut the carrots into brunoises, mix with the stuffing. Add a little pepper and mix again.

Take a wonton leaf, wet the edges with a little water, put 1 tbsp of stuffing in the center and fold according to the shape you want (see images below).

Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes over medium heat or steam for 6 minutes over high heat.
