7 oz of strawberry yogurt
0.5 lb of red fruit mixture
12 butter cookies
3 tbsp of strawberry jam (lukewarm)
Break the cookies into small pieces.
In a saucepan, heat the jam over low heat until it is warm.
In a verrine (small glass), put a layer of crumbled cookie, a spoon of warm jam, a layer of yogurt and a spoon of fruit mixture. Alternate to finish with yogurt as a last layer.
