Yogurt Parfait

  • 7 oz of strawberry yogurt

  • 0.5 lb of red fruit mixture

  • 12 butter cookies

  • 3 tbsp of strawberry jam (lukewarm)


  1. Break the cookies into small pieces.

  2. In a saucepan, heat the jam over low heat until it is warm.

  3. In a verrine (small glass), put a layer of crumbled cookie, a spoon of warm jam, a layer of yogurt and a spoon of fruit mixture. Alternate to finish with yogurt as a last layer.
